Product Info:

This tea is powerful. I recommend starting with less than a tsp per 8 oz of hot water. If you like it stronger to have a deep night’s sleep, consume more at your own risk. If you consume too much, it may cause you to be drowsy the next day.

This tea will work if you have trouble falling asleep or insomnia. All the herbs in this blend will calm the mind and body. This tea tastes very sweet and flowery due to the chamomile and lavender.

Passionflower: This herb is nervine and has sedative properties. It helps tremendously with anxiety and can be helpful to women in menopause.

Chamomile:  This herb can act as a mild painkiller if needed. It supports the nervous and digestive systems, helps with stress and nervousness, and promotes deep sleep.

Lemon Balm: This herb calms without sedating. It can improve mood and cognition, digestion, and herpes outbreaks. Use caution if you have hypothyroidism. This herb is excellent for hyperthyroidism, as it calms an overactive thyroid.

Lavender: This herb will relax and calm your mind and body. It’s a mild antidepressant. It can also help with migraines and headaches. It relieves tension, stress, and insomnia.

Peppermint: This herb is an antispasmodic, helping muscles relax. It’s rich in Calcium, Magnesium, and Potassium.

Valerian Root: If you suffer from insomnia, this is the go-to herb for sleep! It is a potent nervine and has tranquilizing effects on the central nervous system. It’s not recommended for people with “hot” disorders (i.e., nervous or high-strung). Few people may get the opposite effect, and this herb may stimulate them instead of sedating them. Some people have experienced a light, floating feeling after taking this herb.
